What is your Business Mission, Vision and Values?

It is important an organization to establish its purpose, its aspirations for the future results, and the internal compass that will guide its actions. To establish this there are 3 different elements an organization must define.

 

Mission

A mission will be a brief description of a company’s Fundamental purpose. Establishing a mission known throughout the organization will answer the question ‘Why do we exist?’ it focuses on a company’s present state.

 

Vision

A Vision provides inspiration, and answers the question ‘Where do we want to go?’ I t focuses on a company’s future.

Vision provides clarity of direction for an organisation and inspires change and growth. Translating the vision into appropriate operational activities is the real challenge for its leaders. It should be obvious that implementing a business strategy will be easier when everyone onvolved in an organization, at whatever level, is fully committed to it.

 

Values

Core values are the principles that guide an organization’s internal conduct as well as its relationship with its clients and customers.
